Return and Refund

We appreciate your interest in learning and thank you for buying our courses.

As with any online purchase experience, you agree to our Terms and Conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on www.Coursack.com, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Our refund policy for cancellation & refunds for the Classroom or Online Instructor Led Trainings is as follows:

  1. If a cancellation is done by the purchaser more than 5 days prior to start of the 1st session of the course, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining course fee will be refunded
  2. If a cancellation is done by the purchaser less than or 5 days prior to start of the 1st session of the course, 20% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining course fee will be refunded
  3. If a cancellation is done after the 1st session of the course which is mostly an orientation class, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and remaining course fee will be refunded
  4. If a cancellation is done by the purchaser after the 2nd session of the course and before start of the 3rd session, the purchaser has one of the following options
    • 100% of the course fee can be used for future credit for purchasing a one time new course which is equivalent or lesser value within 60 days of the course cancellation
    • 50% of the total paid fee will be returned back to the purchaser
  5. If a cancellation is done after start of the 3nd session, no fee will be returned
  6. Coursack reserves the right to postpone/cancel a course, or change the location of the course because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc):
    • In case Coursack cancels a course, 100% refund will be paid to the purchasers
    • If any travel, logistics or other personal expenses incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded
  7. Refund request can be initiated through our contact form available in our “Contact” page. Alternatively you can email us through the enrolled email address (email address provided during the course purchase).
  8. Refund of the duplicate payment made by the purchaser will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days or more depends on the payment processors response time.
